Aisling~ The Secret of Kells

Since it’s St. Patrick’s Day, I decided to work on an illustration of Aisling from the film, The Secret of Kells (& it’s also because I completely watched to movie for the first time today from start to finish). At first, I was just going to make this a quick sketch since I thought it would take too long to draw out and paint an illustration, but as I started coloring it, I decided to turn it into an experiment to make my Photoshop illustrations look more like paintings.
