Ramona Flowers

This is a watercolor illustration of Ramona Flowers from the “Scott Pilgrim” series. While it was originally a Sketch Dailies subject that ended last week, I still wanted to do this since this gives me the chance to work my drawing style for people. My three main goals were to create a blend between cartoons and realism in the style, portray Ramona's personality through her pose and facial expression, & incorporate subtle elements of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s drawing style into the design while still feeling like my own
