This was a crazy supervillain I made a long time ago. His whole gimmick was that he lived in the dump and used garbage & shoes as his main weapon,

Don’t take him too seriously though. He was always meant to be seen as more of a comedic supervillain such as the Amoeba Boys or the Box Ghost
